Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns:
All sales are final: CW Turbochargers Inc. operates on a strict no returns policy. Once a purchase has been made, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for any reason. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Cancellations:
1. Engine purchases are subject to a 40% cancellation fee if canceled before shipment, this includes brand new oem, used, rebuilt, built etc.

2. Tuning orders are 100% non-refundable once the initial instructions email has been sent. 

3. All other orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee if you would like to cancel before the order has shipped. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days to notify us of any issues.
